  • High-Stakes Facilitation: Command on-site ILT classrooms. You must possess the psychological resilience to manage adult learners suffering from cognitive overload, keeping them engaged through weeks of dry, software-heavy compliance training.
  • The “Nesting” Crucible: Own the immediate post-training performance. You will be physically on the production floor coaching terrified new hires through their first live interactions, diagnosing skill gaps in real-time.
