Do I need to register an account to apply for roles?
No. We don’t harvest your resume or force you behind a login wall. Clicking ‘Apply’ safely sends you straight to the employer’s official website.
How does The Work State monetize if the platform is free?
The terminal is 100% free for candidates. To fund our editorial board and forensic audits without compromising our objectivity, we sustain operations strictly through programmatic display advertising.
How does the "Saved Jobs" feature operate without an account?
To protect your privacy, your saved jobs stay strictly on your device (via your browser’s Local Storage). We never copy or store this data on our servers.
Note: If you clear your browser history or cache, your saved list will be permanently removed.
Do you accept resume submissions for placement?
No. The Work State is an independent intelligence terminal, not a recruiting agency or headhunter. To maintain uncompromised objectivity, we do not accept resumes, act as intermediaries, or facilitate placements.
